Brooks Potteiger

The grandson of African missionaries, Brooks Potteiger has served God's church from Florida to California and in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Pastor Brooks is an ordained minister in the CREC. He has also received Master's degrees in Christian Apologetics and Pastoral Care and Counseling . He enjoys live-edge woodworking, photography, the poetry of George Herbert, the sturdy theology of the Puritans, the creative destruction of a chainsaw, and the convulsive belly laughs that accompany G.K. Chesterton amongst friends.

Robert Murphy

Robert Marshall Murphy grew up a Third Culture Kid (TCK), trotting the globe and learning languages.  He was an adult convert out of Buddhism, which kinda got his life off track.  Strangely, he found his calling by going to seminary: being a Christian Mathematics teacher!  He served as a deacon at Resurrection Puyallup WA (PCA), a pastoral intern at The Gate STL (SBC), and a ruling elder under Rev. Jeff Meyers at Providence St. Louis (PCA).  Robert rejoices to be the husband of Jessica, the father of Reason, Elanor, and Violet; and a teacher at Jonathan Edwards Classical Academy.

Lauren Cunningham

Lauren Cunningham came to Nashville in 2012 to take a teaching position at Jonathan  Edwards Classical Academy. She holds degrees in voice performance and church music  and feels blessed to be utilizing her education and experience teaching K-12 music at  JECA. She believes that the gift of music is an essential expression of worship for every  believer, and she delights in helping equip the saints—both young and old—to make  music more skillfully and joyfully.
